Totalt har&nbsp;417 301&nbsp;aktier tecknats med st\u00f6d av teckningsr\u00e4tter och&nbsp;665 412&nbsp;aktier utan teckningsr\u00e4tter.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom:11px\"><span style=\"background-color:white\"><span style=\"font-family:times new roman,times\"><span style=\"font-size:9pt\"><span style=\"color:#333333\">Styrelsen har i emissionsbeslutet m\u00f6jliggjort f\u00f6r \u00e4garspridning genom tv\u00e5 \u00f6vertilldelningsemissioner, vilket inneb\u00e4r att \u00e4ven tecknare utan f\u00f6retr\u00e4de har chans att f\u00e5 tilldelning.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom:11px\"><span style=\"background-color:white\"><span style=\"font-family:times new roman,times\"><span style=\"font-size:9pt\"><span style=\"color:#333333\">D\u00e5 emissionen \u00f6vertecknats kommer styrelsen besluta att emittera ytterligare 25 000 aktier till samma kurs och med avsteg fr\u00e5n f\u00f6retr\u00e4desr\u00e4tten. Tilldelningen sker i f\u00f6rsta hand i poster om 20 aktier i syfte att ut\u00f6ka antalet aktie\u00e4gare i Absolicon och i andra hand enligt anvisningarna i prospektet.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom:11px\"><span style=\"background-color:white\"><span style=\"font-family:times new roman,times\"><span style=\"font-size:9pt\"><span style=\"color:#333333\">Eftersom s\u00e5v\u00e4l f\u00f6retr\u00e4desemissionen som \u00f6vertilldelningsemissionen \u00f6vertecknas kommer huvud\u00e4garen Joakim Bystr\u00f6m, genom sitt bolag Eniara AB, att avyttra 25 000 sedan tidigare innehavda aktier, till samma teckningskurs som i nyemissionen, att f\u00f6rdelas i poster om 20 aktier i syfte att ut\u00f6ka antalet aktie\u00e4gare i Absolicon&nbsp;och i andra hand enligt anvisningarna i prospektet.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom:11px\"><span style=\"background-color:white\"><span style=\"font-family:times new roman,times\"><span style=\"font-size:9pt\"><span style=\"color:#333333\">Vid registreringen hos Bolagsverket kommer, med antagande att styrelsen beslutar att genomf\u00f6ra \u00f6vertilldelningsemissionen, aktiekapitalet att \u00f6kas med 469&nbsp;144 kr fr\u00e5n 1 998 650 kr till 2 467 794 kr. Antalet aktier kommer att \u00f6kas med 469&nbsp;144 aktier, 1 998 650 aktier till 2 467 794 st. De nyemitterade aktierna kommer att utg\u00f6ra 19 procent av samtliga aktier.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom:11px\"><span style=\"background-color:white\"><span style=\"font-family:times new roman,times\"><span style=\"font-size:9pt\"><span style=\"color:#333333\">Absolicon kommer inklusive \u00f6verteckningsemissionen att tillf\u00f6ras ca 50 MSEK efter emissionskostnader om ca 1,3 MSEK. Emissionskostnaderna vilket motsvarar ca 1 procent av totalt tecknat belopp.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom:11px\"><span style=\"background-color:white\"><span style=\"font-family:times new roman,times\"><span style=\"font-size:9pt\"><span style=\"color:#333333\">Styrelsen kommer att sammantr\u00e4da f\u00f6r att besluta om \u00f6verteckningsemission och tilldelning i enlighet med emissionsmemorandumet senast den 4 juni 2021.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom:11px\"><span style=\"background-color:white\"><span style=\"font-family:times new roman,times\"><span style=\"font-size:9pt\"><span style=\"color:#333333\">Handel p\u00e5g\u00e5r b\u00e5de i Absolicons ordinarie aktie (ABSL) och i betalda tecknade aktier (ABSL BTA) fram till dess att emissionen registrerats, varvid BTA omvandlas till ordinarie aktier.
