Tilldelningen sker i f\u00f6rsta hand i poster om 20 aktier enligt anvisningarna i prospektet.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom:11px\"><span><span style=\"background-color:white\"><span style=\"font-size:10pt\"><span style=\"font-family:arial,helvetica,sans-serif\"><span style=\"color:#333333\">Eftersom s\u00e5v\u00e4l f\u00f6retr\u00e4desemissionen som \u00f6vertilldelningsemissionen \u00f6vertecknas kommer huvud\u00e4garen Joakim Bystr\u00f6m, genom sitt bolag Eniara AB, att avyttra 40 000 sedan tidigare innehavda aktier, till samma teckningskurs som i f\u00f6retr\u00e4desemissionen, att f\u00f6rdelas i poster om 20 aktier i syfte att ut\u00f6ka antalet aktie\u00e4gare i Absolicon&nbsp;och i andra hand enligt anvisningarna i prospektet.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom:11px\"><span><span style=\"background-color:white\"><span style=\"font-size:10pt\"><span style=\"font-family:arial,helvetica,sans-serif\"><span style=\"color:#333333\">Vid registreringen hos Bolagsverket kommer, med antagande att styrelsen beslutar att genomf\u00f6ra \u00f6vertilldelningsemissionen, aktiekapitalet att \u00f6kas med 862 598 kr fr\u00e5n 2 467&nbsp;794 kr till 3 330&nbsp;392 kr. Antalet aktier kommer att \u00f6kas med 862&nbsp;598 aktier, 2 467&nbsp;794 aktier till 3 330&nbsp;392 st. De nyemitterade aktierna kommer att utg\u00f6ra 25,9 procent av samtliga aktier.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom:11px\"><span><span style=\"background-color:white\"><span style=\"font-size:10pt\"><span style=\"font-family:arial,helvetica,sans-serif\"><span style=\"color:#333333\">Absolicon kommer inklusive \u00f6verteckningsemissionen att tillf\u00f6ras ca 96 MSEK efter emissionskostnader om ca 3 MSEK.
