[ingress]Absolicon moves to larger premises at Hernöverken in Härnösand, Sweden.
– We have enjoyed working at Matrosgatan, but when we have larger order inquiries, we have been forced to rent larger premises. With a larger workshop we will be able to take on bigger projects, says Ingmar Oman, production manager.[/ingress]
In conjunction with the relocation, Absolicon acquires several CNC machines that today are on the premises. Absolicon will also employ Jens Eriksson, which has vast experience in product development and production.
– Very exciting, says Jens. I will continue to supply components to my clients and simultaneously help Absolicon to build up the production line.
The premises are 1,000 m2 of workshop and office space with a capacity for 30 employees. The new premises will not cost much more than the old.
– We are good at keeping down costs, we focus on every dollar, says Christer Olsson, the office manager.
