Insider trading

The insider trading register has been maintained in Sweden since July 3, 2016 by Finansinspektionen. Persons in senior positions and their relatives must themselves report their own trading in Absolicon’s share to the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority within three days. When the company has price-affecting secrets, known as “deferred disclosure of insider information”, there is a logbook with insider list on the company to ensure that persons who know such information do not trade in the company’s share. Moreover, persons in senior management may not trade in the company’s share during the period 30 days before the quarterly report.
